In-House Training Public Speaking For Lecture

Thursday, 05 January 2023, Lecturers from the Department of Environmental Health, Poltekkes, Ministry of Health, Yogyakarta, took part in in-house training for public speaking for lectures at the Hotel Pandanaran Prawirotaman. On this occasion, we received refreshing material from Ranny Albanny, MM, CNLP. This activity aims to increase lecturers' insight, knowledge, and confidence in teaching. The speaker delivered material on the application of public speaking in implementing learning in class, including the role of the lecturer as a conduit of information, influencer, and entertainer. He also conveyed techniques for making slide presentations and audience types, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic.
